Exemplifying her love for humanity.

Named in honor of Gloria Icilda Coke for her legacy of faith, and her humanitarian acts of service. As a nurse, she gave expert care from babies at birth to the elderly at the end of their lives.

Her mission went beyond nursing, as a local missionary she taught us about Jesus and His great commission to spread the gospel to all. Her life illustrated that it was possible to have a personal relationship with God.

According to her, all people are valuable, and everyone will need encouragement and hope at some point in their lives. Her focus was in the fulfillment of one’s need and their sustainability financially, medically, and their spiritual development.

With this foundation, we will extend my mother’s generosity and agape love to women in need of housing security during a difficult time in their lives.

Our Mission

To provide a housing solution through shared housing for women.

Women are still in a financial disadvantage to men, making it harder to be self-sufficient and to find affordable housing.

As internal struggles and external setbacks are inevitable, women don't have to feel alone and homeless.

Our goal is to be known for providing the most innovative comprehensive housing solution for women in Broward County.

Founder Kareen L. Nelson aspire to fulfill the basic human right for housing with affordable real estate. During the pandemic women suffered with unemployment, the scarcity of affordable housing and the strain to survive during these inflationary times. After hearing Frank and Sherri Candelario success story with shared housing, coupled with her business experience, she saw how this will give housing security to women in transition.
